Eileen April Boylan (born May 10, 1987) is an American film and television actress. She stands 5'1" and is of Filipino and Irish descent.[1]

Boylan was born in Acton, California, the daughter of Merlie Baris and Frank Boylan. She has one brother Tommy Boylan, and multiple half-siblings including David Boylan.[2]
In 2008 she starred in the lead role of the independent film Dakota Skye.[3]
Her 2008-2009 small screen activity saw her appear on various TV serials, often portraying herself. Boylan made a guest role on the Life episode "Everything...All The Time" and more recently portrayed a college girl named Melissa in the episode "Three Days of Snow" of the CBS show How I Met Your Mother. Boylan currently plays a minor role on the ABC Family TV series Greek as the ditsy and often drunk sorority girl, Betsy.[4]
In 2006-2008 on American TV, she co-starred in 26 episodes as Kyla Woods on The N original series South of Nowhere.[4]
Her earlier television credits include Baywatch, General Hospital, Judging Amy and a recurring role on the Lifetime original series Strong Medicine. She also co-starred in the 2004 film Sleepover opposite Alexa Vega and Sara Paxton. She previously knew her co-star Chris Hunter before working together on South of Nowhere.
